The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy - Animals, like people,
respond to physiotherapy. The purpose of physiotherapy is to restore and maintain mobility,
function, independence and performance.   ACPAT members are fully qualified Chartered
Physiotherapists (MSCP's) who have also trained in physiotherapy and rehabilitation for animals.
Common animal complaints treated include:  Spinal problems,  Joint problems, Injuries ,
Neurological conditions, Sports injuries  and Post surgical rehabilitation

The Oldies Club -  The Oldies Club was formed on an Internet dog chat forum by a large group of
people who felt great empathy with the plight of elderly dogs that end up in rescue centres all
over the country.

Greyhounds In Need (GIN)  - 'GIN' are an English registered charity founded by Anne and
Arthur Finch, concerned with the plight of greyhounds everywhere, and especially in Spain, where
most of our work is done. Since starting this work in 1991 they have rescued and found homes for
several thousand dogs with the help of many Spanish volunteers who carry out primary rescue
work, and the homing groups and individuals in Europe and the USA who, in sympathy with our work,
are promoting adoption in their own countries.
